Shiatsu is a traditional form of Asian bodywork designed to enhance and restore health. Through the application of acupressure and stretching techniques shiatsu massage alleviates stress, relieves muscle tension, eases joint stiffness and realigns the structure of the body. Treatment is deeply relaxing and has an overall calming effect.
Health Coaching provides the support, encouragement and accountability to help you make healthier food choices, manage stress effectively, feel better in your body and support you in living a healthier and more energetic life. Health and nutrition coaching is available in person or by phone.
Private yoga instruction is individually tailored to your unique needs. One-on-one sessions with our experienced instructors are an excellent way for beginners to safely learn the fundamentals, for advanced students to deepen their yoga practice and yoga students at any level who would like to create a home practice.
