Liz feels profoundly grateful to be doing healing work and has touched thousands of bodies with her “magic hands”. She is known for her deep work which releases tightly held muscular and joint issues as well as longstanding emotional pain patterns.
As a Holistic Health Coach, Liz works with extraordinary men and women who are committed to growth in their lives and want to reach their full potential through health and wellness. She specializes in gently pushing clients to evolve their health in an easy step-by-step manner that yields tremendous results.
Yoga has been a part of Liz’s life since she first followed her mom into a shoulder stand as a 5 year old. Liz’s teaching style emphasizes form and alignment within a flowing sequence with the goal of creating a strong, fit and flexible body. With her bodywork background, Liz is uniquely able to create yoga programs that are appropriate for the needs of many different bodies.
Through her integrative approach of bodywork, health coaching and yoga, Liz assists clients realize their inner center and glow from the inside out as they evolve their lives on every level.
Liz is known for her fun and optimistic approach to life. In her spare time she loves to meditate, cycle, play tennis, hoop with The Boston Hoop Troop and is a foodie – both in and out of her own kitchen.
