I’ve had 100’s of men and women try my cleanses and most of them weren’t sure if they could do it the first time (to tell you the truth I wasn’t sure I could do it my first time either). 95% of them succeeded. Most have gone on to do multiple cleanses with me. What I’ve found is that with the proper instruction and support, cleanses can be safely done by almost everyone*.

Are you worried that you’ll be exhausted, hungry and lightheaded?

Let me assure you that my cleanses are designed with a busy active lifestyle in mind – this is not a fast. You will eat three meals a day (plus snacks!). You can work, take care of your kids and even work out while safely cleansing your body.

What’s on the Menu?

My cleanses are seasonal and based on eating delicious healthy whole foods. All recipes are simple, easy to make and use fresh ingredients that you can get at any grocery store.

The Spring Cleanse features: Steamed, baked and roasted vegetables. Whole grains, seasonal fruits and lots of dark leafy greens. Delicious soups and salads. Plus healthy snacks to allay any hunger pangs.

What’s Not on the Menu?

Processed food, sugar, dairy, meat, chemicals, caffeine (yes, you can survive w/o these!).

I have dietary restrictions… can I Cleanse?

My cleanses are primarily vegan and gluten-free. There are lots of options and each cleanse can be easily adjusted for most dietary requirements (ask me if you’re not sure!).

But I can’t live without my morning cup of Joe!

I will help you easily (and painlessly!) wean off caffeine (whether it’s coffee, tea or cola). Most people are surprised at the amount of energy they have – without caffeine. Some decide to keep caffeine out of their diet. Others happily go back to drinking it after the cleanse. It’s up to you.

What if I need to eat a meal out?

The meal plan is simple enough that you can order a meal out that works with the cleanse specifications.

I live on the other side of the country… or a different country!

My cleanses are entirely Virtual, so you can take part from anywhere. I am proud to have cleansers join me from all over the country – and the world.

Full support before, during and after the cleanse is provided.  I’ve found that having community to support, motivate and cheer you on is the difference between a successful and fun cleanse experience vs. one that never gets off the ground. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

Can’t I just do this on my own?

Of course you can… but will you? By providing you with set dates, a meal plan and guidance you are set up to succeed. If you’ve never done a cleanse before, you will appreciate my expert leadership and guidance – I’ve led 100’s of cleansers successfully through the cleanse experience.

I have never tried a detox program before so I was nervous if I would be able to do it. Liz was really great in walking us through the steps of the program and was there for me when I was starting to feel like I may not make it through. I felt really good when the 5 Day Cleanse was done and will continue many of the lessons that I learned during the cleanse.

  1. I’m one of those people Liz. 🙂 I have tried numerous cleanses and rarely have I finished one. It is certainly not because I don’t have the willpower…I think it’s because I haven’t found the right cleanse. Or maybe it’s the idea of a cleanse.

    When I need a reset, I turn to green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, no grains, lean meats and lots of coconut oil. Works for me.

    However, I do think that cleanses help so many people. And I believe your way is the way to do it. Much success with your cleanse!

  2. The hardest part was giving up the caffeine, I admit, but giving up meat, dairy, sugar and processed foods was a godsend, I had no idea how much they dragged me down every day. I felt immediately better. And your menu and recipes totally rock. Love your chia pudding!
