About Woods Hole Inn:

Woods Hole Inn is perched on the edge of Woods Hole Harbor, Cape Cod. The Inn is steps from the Martha’s Vineyard ferry and located in a bustling village surrounded by water and packed with shops, waterfront restaurants, and fun things to do.

Look forward to…
  • Check-in 3-6pm on Friday March 10.
  • Arrive by 6pm Friday for Opening Circle with Healthy Snacks and Tea.
  • Prix Fixe Dinner Friday night at Woods Hole Restaurant (Value $50).
  • Wake up with 90 minutes of Yoga & Meditation w/Liz Saturday & Sunday AM (yoga is all-levels).
  • Gourmet Healthy Breakfasts after yoga Saturday & Sunday AM.
  • Two 90 minute Wellness Workshops w/Liz that will Inspire and Motive you for a Healthy 2017.
  • Create your own Vision Board w/Liz Saturday afternoon (including ritual to tap into Subconscious).

Weekend Package Includes:

2 nights accommodations, all activities, two breakfasts and two dinners. Not included are transportation to Woods Hole, tax & tip for Friday night prix fixe meal, alcohol and Saturday lunch (on your own – explore your choice of local cafes or eat right at the Inn).

Since we’ll be in Woods Hole in the off-season, you get to enjoy luxury rooms at incredible prices! Beautiful contemporary bed and breakfast rooms, all with private baths, have touches of Cape Cod nostalgia while offering the finest amenities. Choose between a Queen, King or Deluxe King room.

If you’re on a budget, consider sharing a room with a King sized bed with a friend (I’d suggest the Deluxe King – see Double Occupancy rates).

About Liz Vequist:

Liz is the Founder of Liz Vequist at O2 Yoga in Cambridge, where she is a Shiatsu practitioner, Yoga teacher and Nutrition Coach.

Liz has worked her wellness magic with over 1000 clients over the last 13 years and led 23 Seasonal Cleanses over the last seven years. Liz loves helping both women and men lose weight and feel great through Seasonal Cleanses and her Slim, Fit & Sexy weight loss system.

In her spare time Liz hoops, cycles, swims and is a foodie – both in and out of her own kitchen.

Balance due upon check-in. Reservations canceled 14 days or more in advance of arrival date will be refunded in full with a $100 per guest fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full and only refunded based on the ability to rent the canceled room(s) and a $100 processing fee per guest.
